When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through a form on our websites, we keep what you send us: your name, phone number, email address, company and the content of your messages.
When you book a meeting through a booking form we operate (for example on salesos.ae) or through our assistant, we keep your name, phone number, country and the time you chose.
Our websites record basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) in server logs and through Google Analytics, to keep the service secure and to understand which pages are useful.
To answer you, to prepare quotes, to run the meetings you book, to deliver and support the systems we build for you, and to send you invoices and service messages.
Our WhatsApp assistant uses an AI model to read and answer messages. The messages are processed only to reply to you and to hand your request to our team.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Our booking system can connect one Google account that belongs to our team. It requests a single permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/meetings.space.created, which lets it create a Google Meet meeting space when a meeting is booked.
We use this access only to create a new meeting link for each confirmed booking and to show that link to the person who booked and to our team. We do not read, store or change calendars, emails, contacts, recordings or any other Google data, and we do not create meeting spaces for any other purpose.
The only Google data we store is the connection token for that account and the meeting links it creates. The token is kept on our own server, is never shared, and can be revoked at any time from the Google account settings or from our control panel.
Google user data is never transferred to third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Muhkam's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Only with the service providers we need to run our services, under their own privacy terms: our hosting server, Cloudflare (network and file storage), WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, Google for meeting links and analytics, our AI model provider for the assistant, and our payment provider when you pay an invoice online.
For the systems we build for clients, the client owns their data. We process it only on their instructions and only to operate and support their system.
Conversations and contact details are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to two years after that. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires. Booking records are kept for one year. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Data is stored on servers we control, with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to our team, private file storage, and daily backups kept in private storage.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@muhkam.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
